Design and Implementation of Distance Learning Platform Based on Information Technology and Cloud Computing

Distance learning is acquiring a role that becomes more and more important with the huge diffusion of the Internet and related technologies. This paper proposes a novel heuristic intelligent distance learning platform based on information technology and cloud computing. The proposed platform that are committed to accessibility assure that course designers understand the program's commitment to accessibility, have access to guidelines and resources. Experimental results show that the proposed platform can effectively improve the system throughput and reduce the execution time.
